What kind of products does IMPORTED SOUQ sell?
IMPORTED SOUQ curates premium UA fashion products. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, UA products are not represented as purchases from an official brand-authorised retail channel. IMPORTED SOUQ is independent and is not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by the brands referenced on this website.
Will the packaging and accessories match official retail packaging?
Not necessarily. We check products for visible condition and order accuracy before dispatch, but packaging and included accessories can vary by product and sourcing region. Review the individual product page before ordering.
02 Orders & payment
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Every COD order requires a mandatory ₹100 advance before it is confirmed or processed. The advance is adjusted against the order total, and the remaining balance is paid to the courier. COD eligibility depends on the postal code, order and delivery-risk checks. Read our COD Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately with your order number. Changes or cancellations are only possible before processing and cannot be guaranteed. Confirmed COD advances may be retained when an order is cancelled, refused or becomes undeliverable, as explained in our COD Policy.
03 Delivery
Where do you ship, and when will my order arrive?
We ship across India as well as internationally. Domestic orders are routed through JD WebnShip and SelloShip (with Blue Dart priority), while international orders are handled by Bright International Couriers via FedEx, UPS, or Delhivery. Orders are processed after payment confirmation or COD advance. Delivery dates are estimates—not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track a delayed shipment?
Tracking is sent to the phone number or email used at checkout after courier booking becomes active. Scans can take time to appear. If tracking does not update for an unusual period, use Track your order or contact us with your order number.
04 Returns & support
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer general or change-of-mind returns. For domestic orders (India), an eligible exchange may be requested within two calendar days of recorded delivery (customer pays return shipping, IMPORTED SOUQ pays replacement shipping). For international orders, we do not offer returns or exchanges (order at your own risk). Read the full Return / Exchange Policy.
Are orders insured during shipping?
Yes. IMPORTED SOUQ holds insurance on every order. If an order gets lost in transit or arrives damaged during shipping, we will initiate a 100% full refund upon verification (continuous unboxing video required for damaged parcel claims). See our Shipping Policy.
What if my parcel is damaged, tampered with or incorrect?
Do not accept a parcel that appears opened, heavily damaged or tampered with. Record one continuous unboxing video beginning before the sealed outer package is opened. Contact us within two calendar days of delivery with your order number, the video and clear photos. Claims without the required evidence may not be eligible.
